The following rules apply to products purchased from the kwii-GK store (link: www.kwiitech.com). All rights reserved.
Ordering, Stock and Availability
• Orders that are in stock and fully paid can be cancelled before shipment, minus 15% of the item price, by sending an email to info@kwiitech.com.
• Refunds can only be made to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
• Some product photos are prototypes. Final production may vary.
• All pre-orders that have been paid for through a payment plan are non-refundable if the order is not cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.
• Orders must be paid in full for the item price and shipping costs before they can be shipped.
• A non-refundable deposit of 15% of the item price is required for all orders.
• Deposits cannot be transferred to another order
• Before purchasing, customers should check and confirm that the product is allowed to be sold and shipped to their mailing address. We do not ship to PO Box addresses without a full street number and name. (kwiitech.com) reserves the right to cancel and confiscate any order whose shipping address does not match our permitted areas.
• Boxes may be damaged during shipping. We do not replace retail or consignment boxes.
• Replacements are only offered for serious defects. Please visit our Return Policy for more information.
• Final release dates for pre-ordered products may be delayed in rare cases due to manufacturer or approval factors.
• We are not responsible for damage caused by customs opening your package.
• As the product may be a pre-order, please always check the product status and shipping estimate in the product description
• All deliveries to Russia, Ukraine, and Belarus are temporarily suspended as our partners are currently unable to deliver to the region. We will ship all orders once delivery is resumed. Orders can still be placed for these regions, but will not be shipped until delivery is resumed. To change your shipping address to another country for faster delivery, please email info@kwiitech.com

Shipping Damage/Defective Goods
If your item is damaged in shipping or has a manufacturing defect, we will do our best to resolve the issue for you at no additional charge. You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item. Do not attempt to repair the item. Doing so will void any warranty. Send a detailed email to info@kwiitech.com with your name, order number, and clear photos or videos of the defective area.
Kwiitech.com will not replace retail or shipping boxes.
Kwiitech.com cannot provide assistance for failures/damage caused by negligence (e.g. lost/misplaced, stolen, accidentally dropped, loaned to a friend, etc.).

Customs/Duties/Cargo Abandonment Fees
It is the customer's responsibility to pay customs duties on the shipment directly to the carrier prior to final delivery or via an invoice received after delivery. If the customer decides not to accept the shipment and presents it to a customs official, or refuses to pay the duties/fees when invoiced, this may result in Kwiitech.com being charged. We reserve the right to deduct any fees incurred due to customs duties or product abandonment from any refund the customer is due. If an order is not claimed after an attempted delivery, the order is considered abandoned and is not eligible for a refund.
Privacy and Customer Information
This statement applies to all information collected or submitted on this website. The types of personal information collected include full name, address, email address and phone number. We only use the information you provide about yourself when placing an order to fulfill that order. We will not disclose your information to any outside party.
Changes to this Policy
We reserve the right to change this policy at any time and post the changes on this website. By using this website, you agree that you have read the terms and conditions and understand their meaning.
Orders and Shipping
All order cancellations will be subject to a 15% fee due to production costs, etc.
Some countries must pay applicable sales taxes at the time of purchase, such as VAT, GST or provincial sales tax. This fee may be incurred. If applicable, you will be notified by email to pay the relevant fees, and the product will not be shipped until the relevant fees are paid.
Order Modifications
Due to system limitations, products cannot be modified once an order is placed for in-stock items. Please verify your shopping cart before submitting the final order.
Cancellation: Orders with in-stock items can be canceled within 12 hours of placing an order by emailing info@kwiitech.com. Please be sure to include the order name, order number, and reason for cancellation in your email. We will review your cancellation request as soon as possible upon receipt. We will deduct a processing fee based on the time of cancellation. Once your request is approved, you will receive a cancellation confirmation email and a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that refunds may take 5-14 business days to be credited, depending on your bank and country. If you do not want to wait for your refund to arrive, please confirm your order.
Pre-sale Instructions
Before pre-sale products are shipped, the remaining balance must be paid in full before they can be shipped. The payment items include product price, shipping and taxes, etc. Once we receive full payment, all pre-orders will be shipped in the order of payment time. We do not ship products that have not been paid in full. (Note: Full price refers to the full sales price of the product + international logistics costs + related taxes)
Order Modification
Due to system limitations, orders cannot be modified after they are placed. Please carefully check the product information and delivery information before placing an order.
After placing an order, if the address is incorrect and needs to be changed, please contact our support team at info@kwiitech.com. You must request a change of address for each order you want to update. Updating the address in your account will not update the address for existing orders. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address is correct before the order is shipped. If the product does not arrive in a timely or accurate manner due to the incorrect address you provided, the loss caused is at your own expense.
NRD (Non-Refundable Deposit)
For all pre-orders, we charge a non-refundable (after 30 days) 15% upfront deposit. This is to ensure we can produce your product. The deposit cannot be transferred to other orders. If the pre-order is paid in full immediately, the 15% payment will be considered a deposit. If the pre-order is paid in installments, the first payment will be a 15% deposit.
Shipping Delays
Please note that the delivery month shown on the product page is only an estimate. Production delays are normal and there are many force majeure factors in international logistics. Please be patient and we will do our best to meet the approximate delivery time. Therefore, if the order is for a future gift, please be aware of possible delays.
Logistics
After the payment of the order for ready-to-stock items is completed, all deliveries to Russia, Ukraine and Belarus have been suspended because our partners are currently unable to deliver to the region. We will ship all orders once delivery is resumed. Orders can still be placed for these regions, but they will not be shipped until delivery is resumed. To change your delivery address to another country/region to receive the goods faster, please email info@kwiitech.com
After the goods are shipped, you can track the logistics information on the website, and please pay attention to and make sure someone can receive and sign for them. We are not responsible for the delivery behavior of the courier.
Duty/customs fees are borne by the customer. If you do not pay these fees and the goods are returned, we will not re-ship to you. All shipping charges (including non-delivery charges) charged to us by the courier will be deducted from the order amount paid.
Modify Shipping Address
The shipping address can be changed for all pre-orders before the expected delivery month. Please email info@kwiitech.com or contact us via FB messenger to change the address. Please provide your order number, shipping address name, full address, email and phone number. We will no longer be able to update the shipping address after the order is shipped.
Tracking Information
All orders include tracking information for peace of mind.
Duties/Taxes
Please note that the shipping fee we charge for orders does not include any customs duties/import fees. This additional cost will be borne by the buyer. Please check the import rates in your country for more information.

This store does not accept unreasonable returns. If you find any quality problems with the goods after receiving them, please contact us within 48 hours after receiving them. .

Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs. It is recommended to send the item back to the address we provide. Once we receive the item and inspect it, we will approve your return immediately and we will refund the original shipping cost and 15% non-refundable deposit via the payment method you used when purchasing. Depending on the payment method used, it may take 5-14 business days for the refund to be reflected on your bank/credit card.
After-sales instructions
• We do not accept return and exchange requests for personal reasons.
• As with all handmade products, no two products are exactly the same; there will inevitably be slight differences or minor flaws (defined as not visible under normal use or viewing conditions), which is normal. If there are serious defects, you can apply for after-sales service, which is defined as:
o Structural instability that prevents the product from being installed/displayed properly
o Large visible cracks, chips
o Missing parts or components
